3Can you provide a W9?
Yes. GEO Jobe can provide a W9 upon request.
4What is the turnaround on delivery of software from payment or PO?
Delivery of software is usually within one to two business days, pending the collection of required ArcGIS connector information.
5Is your software proprietary or sole-source?
GEO Jobe is a sole source provider of software. A sole source letter can be provided upon request for the desired software.
6Are you a trusted Esri partner?
Yes. GEO Jobe is a Platinum-level Esri partner.
7Where is your company located?
GEO Jobe’s headquarters is located in Gulfport Mississippi.
8Are you Registered as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)?
No.
9Are you registered as a minority-owned business?
No.
10Are you registered as a veteran-owned business?
No.
11Are you registered as a women owned business?

Software Questions

Quetions regarding GEO Jobe software.
1How is your software licensed?
By default GEO Jobe software is generally licensed on a subscription basis (not perpetual). Licensing is varied, depending on your organization size. Please reach out to sales@geo-jobe.com for more information regarding your licensing type or if you would like to specifically negotiate a perpetual license of any GEO Jobe product.
2How is your software delivered?
GEO Jobe’s software is delivered electronically over email through an individualized download link. It is a custom build, set to your specific ArcGIS environment details.

Payment Questions

Questions regarding purchase and payment options.
1What are your Payment Terms?
GEO Jobe’s Payment Terms are typically NET 30.
2Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. GEO Jobe can process payment through a PO.
3Can purchases be made through resellers?
Although resellers do not have the authority to license or sell GEO Jobe software for themselves, GEO Jobe does work with resellers to purchase software on behalf of customers. GEO Jobe is the sole source of all GEO Jobe products.
4Do you provide special reseller pricing?
GEO Jobe does not have reseller pricing at this time.
5What payment types do you accept?
GEO Jobe accepts payment through check, electronic bank transfer, and international wire (USD only, please).
6Do you accept credit card payment?
Depending on the amount for payment, credit card payments can be accepted upon request.
7Does your software subscriptions auto renew?
No. GEO Jobe’s software does not auto-renew. Instead, a new invoice for renewal will be generated upon expiration of software.
8Can you provide multi-year pricing?
Yes. Please reach out to sales@geo-jobe.com for more information regarding purchasing over multiple years.
9Can you prorate new software licenses to align with my other GEO Jobe software subscriptions?
Yes. GEO Jobe can provide prorated invoices or quotes upon request.
10Is your remittance address separate from your company headquarters?
