A connector is a single ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online URL. For instance: https://myorganization.arcgis.com , would be a single connector.
2How does your pricing scale for my organization?
Core GEO Jobe products are not scaled by your usage, the number of users, or the size of your data! Instead, it is a single flat price for connection to a single ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online. Alternatively, a site license covers all ArcGIS connections owned by your organization and offers additional valuable benefits.

2Can you tell me more about premium support?
Absolutely! Premium tech support includes an assigned tech support specialist, 1 US business day reply time, 3 premium tickets for direct escalation to developers, 24 standard support tickets a year, and hands-on installation or upgrade support once a year
3Why am I required to buy a site license if am part of a large organization?
With over 12,000 customers globally, GEO Jobe has come to understand that our larger customers have more complex IT needs. These organizations appreciate the additional care that comes with a site license, given their more complex networks and higher support expectations. As a result, we have found that requiring a site license with included premium support is key to the success of larger organizations that adopt our technology. For the first several years of our products we did not require premium support, but we found through lived experience that client satisfaction is increased when a large organization has premium support.
