Open source from GEO JobeArcGIS sign-in for MCP, without starting from zero

Authentication is one of those jobs that looks small until it isn't. GEO Jobe built ArcGIS MCP OAuth to handle the handoff between an MCP client and ArcGIS, then released it as open source so teams building their own ArcGIS-connected MCPs can use the same foundation.
